Hello friends and fellow DA members This is my favorite time of the year... Fall Yes, Sometimes I can be a nerd. But it's true, I love fall. Seeing all the leaves change color, having our backyard fires, getting cozy with a loved one or even with a good book and hot choclate ( or hot tea with a shot of xxx in it ) Whatever! I love this time of the year. Of course, knowing that Halloween is around the corner totally excites me. That magical feeling is already in the air and I can feel it in my bones. [link]

I have finally gotten together my 5 judges>>>

1. The Wonderful Gina from California. Creator and Leader of the Devilesque Club She has a great eye for art and horror. She has become VERY inspiring to me and opened my eyes to other worlds. Your the best

2. The Awesome David Hartman also a California resident. His imagination has made him famous... this guy was that kid that stayed up late every night with the Flashlight under his blanket. Hoping not to wake his parents as he read Fangoria/Tales From The Crypt from front cover down to the copyright on the Hershey's bar on the back cover advertisement Also famous for "The American Witch" and other such art that he created for Rob Zombie. Definately has a keen eye for Halloween art.

3. The Fantastic Kendra. lol, yet another California native. Amazing photographer and very open minded. She was one of the first people that I watched on DA from the beginning. Much love to you Kendra

4. The Inspiring Indre. Finally! Not from California, lol. As a matter of fact... She's Half way around the world from Cali She is from Lithuania. She is what I would consider one of my bestest friends on DA. From the first day that I noticed her work I became inspired. She actually got a Daily Deviation just last week She helped me to grow in my sketching ALOT! It's funny how just a little encouragement can go a Long way. Oh yeah! She is also an art trade buddy... My friend for life

5. Last and Definately NOT the least... The Insane Shaun. He's just simply crazy. Cool, but Crazy Shaun is from Texas. He is a very smart kid... and reminds me alot of me when I was 19. We connect on quite a few levels lol, and besides He Loves Pink Floyd! oh yeah... he also won my "Ozzy Is Going Off The Rails" drawing. I almost cried when I gave that one away. He probably ate it.

So these are the "Judges" Now for the Contest Rules>>>

Drawing, Painting, Photos and Poems are all allowed but must be October/Halloween Related

Original is Super nice but not necessary... can be inspiration from a movie, show, song etc....

I will let you know if the piece is exceptable or not. Just note me

Send all entries Through a note to me Titled "Contest Entry"

Submissions start now and end on Friday October 24th at Midnight and the top 3 winners will be announced as soon as all the Judges have voted. So that's a Good 3 weeks to do your stuff. So far I only have the 1 prize for a year subscription... I'm working on getting something for the other 2.

You may enter up to 2 entries and they must be new, from September up till now... Happy Haunting and Good Luck
