What's up friends and wannabe friends :D I haven't had a new avatar for over two years. So in the light of Rick Wrights death I decided to change it. I love the hammers. :iconvolivod:

Anyway, I have been up to alot of partying lately. We fell back in love with the bowling alley. They have a very nice tiki bar and the game is just really fun. Let's see... I also bought alot of albums at earshot recently [link]

I haven't heard too much Apocalyptica...the stuff I've heard is just their covers of some Metallica songs.
Good stuff. :D

Undertow is a great fucking album.
Tool's one of my favourite bands.
Saw 'em live once...about a year ago.
It was an okay concert...it could've been A LOT better though.
They didn't play anything from Undertow, and they only played "Forty-Six & 2" and "Stinkfist" from Aenima, and a couple songs from Laterulus. The rest they played from 10,000 Days.
So yeah...that was kind of a letdown. Was really looking forward to hearing their old stuff.
They do put on quite a show though. :D

And I see you're listening to "Marooned". :D
That is, without a doubt, my favourite song of all time.

lmao, I saw that same concert here... Nothing from undertow, but I still thought it was an awesome show. Kinda strange that he sings in the background though. Great lasers and shit...
I love the Division Bell album man. If I had a favorite Pink Floyd song it would be Time or Us and Them... Darkside of the Moon was the ultimate album, way before their time man.

Yeah...I can't wait to see Tool when they come around here again...

"Time" is probably my favourite song with lyrics.
It's really hard to pick though...they have such a vast assortment of good songs. "Any Colour You Like" and "Dogs" really stand out for me too.
Dark Side is probably my fav album though.

There will be no Nativity Scene in Washington, DC this year !
The Supreme Court has ruled that there cannot be a Nativity Scene in Washington, DC this Christmas season. This isn't for any religious reason, they simply have not been able to find three wise men and a virgin in the Nation's capitol.
There was no problem, however, finding enough asses to fill the stable.
